Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
What type of units are offered?
We offer indoor and outdoor parking for RVs, cars, boats, and other vehicles.
Is there a deposit?
We currently do not require a deposit.
What are the security features?
Our facility is fully fenced, gated, and under 24-hour video surveillance.
When is my payment due?
Everyone's due date is different. Your due date is the same day of the month you moved in. So if you moved in on the 15th of the month, your next bill will be due on the 15th of the following month.
I can't find the key to my unit - what can I do?
One of our storage consultants can cut the lock for you. For reasons we hope you can understand, we do not allow bolt cutters on the property. Please keep in mind, that if you do try to cut your own lock, you may damage the slide-bolt and door, both of which you will be liable for.
Who else has access to my self storage unit?
Only you can decide who else has access to your self storage unit. We will never give access to someone who is not on the rental agreement. Feel free to give out your access codes to those you trust. We will not grant access to anyone else without your permission.
Are my valuables insured? // Am I required to purchase insurance?
Like other similar facilities, we do not insure your items. We do not require you to insure the items but strongly recommend that you obtain insurance for any valuable items to be stored. There is no way for us to even know what exactly you are storing therefore we can not insure any items.
Can I rent a unit for a single month?
Yes! Your rental agreement is month-to-month, so you can rent for as little or as long as you need!
